I made an appointment a week in advance and called the day of the appointment to find out they had never entered it into their system. They promptly fixed the error, and when I arrived at 2:00 p.m., I was informed that the inspection would take 1 to 2 hours. I patiently waited for an hour and 40 minutes, but when I inquired about the status of my car, I was told that they had not even started working on it yet. Despite this, they proceeded to work on and finish other people's cars that arrived after mine. What is the point of making an appointment if they fail to honor it or respect a person's time? I had made the appointment in advance to avoid a long wait, but now it seems like they intend to take my entire day off just to inspect my car!

I was a walk-in for a slow leak tire repair in my rear right tire. The wait was as expected, couple of hours. I was pleasantly surprised they only charged me $21 As I was driving away, I noticed my FRONT right tire was inflated 10 psi over the maximum, and the problem tire was just a few psi lower than when I came in. I called to confirm the correct tire was looked at and patched. They assured me it was and proceeded to inflate all of my tires 10 psi above maximum (with plenty of side eye from the technician) Here I am a day later and I got a phone call from my wife that the rear right tire is completely flat, and she’s stranded. So yeah seems like the team couldn’t scrape together the expertise to do this simple thing, or to let me know the fix might be undone the next day.

Had a truly excellent experience here! Jason was the store manager and was so friendly and cheerful, and he explained the issue in a very understandable and respectful way. Chris worked on my car and did a stellar job! Would absolutely come here again.

They gave me an appointment at 1 pm but they attended only at 3:30 and now it’s 4:32 pm and I have to wait for getting the key. They dropped the key somewhere and took another 15 mins . They overbook appointments and waste our time. Half of my day is wasted. Plus the charges are too much as well.

This is my 3rd time here and I had another great experience. Norma took care of me and my truck was done on time. Norma let me know it was recommended to get some services done (brake fluid flush and coolant flush, wipers etc) initially I declined those at the moment because I just needed my tires installed however I did end up getting the life time alignment thanks to her. I appreciate feeling like an MVP when I goto firestone, everyone there is nice and professional. I wont go anywhere else because of the team there. Thanks
